Bruce NFOPad suggestion for drag-drop 2010-12-01 01:56:34
I am liking NFOPad, thank you for it.

I would like to suggest and request ability to highlight text then drag-drop to move selected text data around.

The ability to drag-and-move selected text is present in some of the other text editors I use from time to time (most notably Metapad), and I have come to appreciate that capability.

Admittedly, Windows Notepad does not do drag-drop, but then, who likes Win Notepad anyway ;)

[Win XP SP3, NFOPad 1.59]

I like Notepad, that why I made a clone of it :)

Anyway, my lightweight text component don't have support for that kind of drag and drop at the moment, but remember keyboard is always faster than mouse ;)

Word select: ctrl + shift + arrow left/right,
Select beginning/end of the line: shift + end/home
Go to top/bottom: ctrl + home/end
